Billing and limits

What is billed

Quantum can support different models depending on the use case:

• Capacity included in a plan.
• Number of active operations.
• Processed units.
• Monthly agreements by organization.
• Special limits defined for an automation or agent.

Users should see the applied model in simple language, without internal technical names.

Plans and capacity

In cases like Shipment Monitor, the plan defines how many active shipments the organization can monitor.

If an organization tries to exceed included capacity, QAC should show a clear option to upgrade the plan or contact Quantum.

What the user should see

The billing page should answer:

• Current plan.
• Included capacity.
• Current usage.
• What happens when the plan changes.
• Payment method or active agreement.
• Subscription status.

Manual agreements

Some companies may pay by bank transfer or internal agreement. In those cases QAC should still reflect the agreed plan and capacity even if payment happens outside the platform.
